The thoughts we have are so much on automatic pilot we don’t even hear half of it! With meditation you can notice more of what is going on… But can you stop it?
From practising meditation using the instructions so far you will have noticed certain things… and in particularly when watching the mind and body you may have noticed it all seems to be happening on automatic! The sensations appear without you
